Nanci Clarifies

Picture
I have to say that l agree with pretty much everything everyone said.  I had a great time too.  I didn’t sell so much as some of the others, but I sold some, which makes me happy.  Main thing is I agree that we need to tighten things up a bit before the next show.  I have a lot of ideas, which, because I’m such a geek, I actually wrote down.

Here are some of the questions I think we need to clarify before the next show:
  • How should we manage money that comes in from sales?  Should it all go into a common bank account or should we each use our own?
  • Should we have a common fund we use to handle expenses?  How much should each person contribute to the fund?
  • How do we deal with it if one person sells a lot and another sells only a little, or nothing?
  • Should we use credit cards?  (to be honest, I don’t really understand the difference between credit cards, debit cards, and the like)
