Problem number two - Syd's health

Picture
To make matters worse, not long after Nanci's conversation with the landlord, Syd confessed that he had discovered a lump.  It was located on the side of his chest, almost in his armpit.   It wasn’t large, could easily have been overlooked.  But, once discovered, it was unmistakable, and could not be ignored.

After three days of swinging between bouts of dramatic crying and furious phone calls to everyone he’d ever known to “tell them he loved them before it was too late,” he finally settled in on a self-constructed “detoxification and salvation” regimen consisting of raw foods, green tea, orally consumed marijuana, and Tibetan prayer.
